Structure: One two-hour session plus a 40-minute private coaching call per month, for six months
Dates: Tuesdays 1/7/09, 2/4, 3/4, 4/1, 5/6, 6/3
Times: 9:30-11:30am; coaching to be set up at the convenience of the client
Cost: $300 per month for six months; $400 per month if the coaching call is replaced with a one-hour in-person meeting. $500 if replaced a two-hour in-person meeting.
